1. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1β2 business days after payment confirmation.
2. How long does delivery take?
- Standard Delivery: 3β4 business days (Free)
- Express Delivery: 1β2 business days (Additional charges may apply)
3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also use our Track Your Order page.

5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window, free return shipping, and no restocking fees.
6. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
No, we do not have final sale items. All products are eligible for return within 30 days.
7. How do I return an item?

13. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible.
14. Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders more easily.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
